MHANTS ride

While Brennan, Jason and I get ready for a week of stupidity, our friend Patrick "EP" Cutter has begun a mammoth bike ride for much more worthwhile and inspirational purpose.

EP and his wife Azure are currently making their way from northern Alaska to southern Florida, all in the name of mental health awareness. They are hoping to complete their journey in October. You can read more about EP's reasons for undertaking this difficult journey at the MHANTS website. You can also follow their blog, and most importantly, donate to this important cause. Both EP and Azure quit their jobs and are living out of their van in order to accomplish this goal.

I just thought that before we turn our focus to stupid facial hair and beer, we acknowledge and applaud EP for his truly significant bike ride.
